I've often wondered if every nationality on this earth has developed their own version, or slight variation... there's pita, lefse, tortilla...and all of them delicious. My favorite guilty pleasure: heat a tortilla, slather it with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up and enjoy. Ellie and I would do well together!
